Anna designed these hats for extra protection from nature elements, since winds can be very harsh in Iceland and sometimes they even pick up your beanie, so it’s good to be able to tie it around your chin or have flaps long enough to tuck them in your jacket. We produced two versions of aviator hats : first ones are more chunky and spacious, so we call them Chunky. They don’t have lining and you will feel air coming through when it is very windy. The others are lined and will protect you even from Icelandic wind. They also fit more snug and are knitted with denser gauges. The name of that option is very simple too- Lined aviator hat.
