We accept returns only if it is a production flaw.
We offer exchange for any other products of same or higher value. The items must have all their tags, labels and be in perfect condition, have not been worn.
In all other cases there are no returns.
There are several reasons for that:
- the majority of our products are beanies, so it comes very close to your skin and we see them in the same “delicate” category as lingerie- lingerie can never be returned or exchanged;
2. all our products are very limited edition, and limited edition products are not eligible for returns or exchange – it’s a common practice.
3. given the peculiarity of the products, once they leave our premises we can’t check if the item was really not used. So if a customer wore it for half a day, it would be unfair for some other customer to buy a product that somebody wore even for a short time. Besides we can’t know how the customer was handling the product, therefore we can’t be sure that it is in same perfect condition as it was when left the store
4. our store has the widest choice of colours, textures, shapes and sizes of woollen products, so customers can find a perfect one while they are at the store
5. our team is helping customers to find that perfect product by giving the best styling service in the country. We help the customers to try the products and give the full information on the fit, style, composition, level of warmth etc.
In case of a production flaw we accept a return or exchange without tags, but we still require a receipt, since our products are sold not only at our stores.
A customer must return the purchasing receipt (the one printed from the register). If the purchase was paid by card, the refund is made to the card. If the purchase was paid with cash, the refund is made with cash.
